Mphasis is hiring a Test Engineer for its Bengaluru office to work on Embedded and Printer domain manual testing. In this role, you will be responsible for validating firmware and software features, executing manual test cases, identifying and reproducing defects, and collaborating with teams to ensure product quality. You will also work with testing and defect management tools, support troubleshooting activities, and contribute to improving testing processes. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in embedded systems, firmware testing, and IoT or printer ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in the Embedded or Printer domain.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing and firmware testing.
• Good knowledge of Embedded, Software, and Cloud environments.
• Experience working with TestRail and JIRA.
• Understanding of printer or similar IoT ecosystem engineering.
• Ability to understand new features and testing processes.
• Experience with defect tracking, characterization, reporting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of defect triage and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with good time management and the flexibility to work across multiple programs.
